Food and Body

You’re tired of struggling with your body weight and tired of thinking about it. You want to finally get off the eating roller coaster and untie your self-esteem to a number on the scale. And you want to have a peaceful satisfying relationship with the foods that you eat and the body that you inhabit.

I understand how you feel because I’ve been there myself. I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping people overcome weight and food-related challenges. I also bring the personal experience and compassion of someone who’s been where you are now. Through an open and collaborative approach, I will help you see the changes you want to make in your relationship with food. We will uncover the emotional connections to food that are often the roadblocks to change. In a gentle and curious way, we will take you from the kitchen table of your childhood to a place where you are at ease with your relationship with food.
